It reads the official gauges
Binabasa nito ang opisyal na gauge
River levels and dam bulletins from PAGASA, plus the Upper Wawa spillway bulletins. Every raw response is archived, so any alert can be traced back to the exact page it came from.

It alerts on changes, not readings

Fixed rules and published thresholds decide what fires — a crossing or a change of state, never a routine number. If the data stops arriving, it says so, instead of showing a reassuring green screen.
